Richard Newland & Mark Galloway
As co-founders and Managing Partners of Adaptiv Consultancy, Richard and Mark each have over 30 years’ experience in senior management and executive roles across the banking, commercial, technology and BPO sectors, working with global cross-border businesses such as IBM, HSBC, Xerox and BT.
Each has experience within complex matrix business structures, across geographies and cultures, transforming and delivering a diverse range of core business operations.
